Privacy Notice

This notice covers goodrobot.vc, run by Good Robot. Owner to provide: legal entity name and address

• Founder submissions. Your name, work email, company details, answers and any deck you share. We use them only to evaluate a possible investment and to stay in touch about it.
• Newsletter sign-ups. Your email address and the topics you chose, stored only after you confirm from the email we send. We use them only to send what you chose.
• Site analytics. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and keeps only aggregated data; Vercel Speed Insights measures page performance. We strip query strings before anything is sent, and we do not report the form confirmation pages.
• Security. To stop spam and abuse we check that form submissions come from a person (Vercel BotID) and keep a keyed hash of your IP address for rate limits. We never store the raw address.

We do not use advertising pixels, session replay or third-party chat widgets, and we do not sell personal data.

We use Vercel (hosting, analytics and bot protection), Supabase (database and file storage) and Resend (email). They process data on our behalf under their terms.

• Decks and details from companies we do not invest in: 24 months, then deleted, unless you agree to longer. Owner to confirm: retention period
• Newsletter addresses: until you unsubscribe.
• Requests to delete your data are honoured within 30 days.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you can unsubscribe from any email with one click. Please don't send confidential information through our forms; we can't sign NDAs at this stage.

Do Not Track: because we use no tracking cookies, our site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
